U.S. school district principal to conduct pedagogical training for MCSS teachers and principals ! MONROVIA --- March 17, 2024: The principal of Roundtown Elementary Central York School District, Dr. Matthew Miller is expected to visit Liberia as a guest of the Monrovia Consolidated School System [MCSS] this year. While in Liberia, Dr. Miller will conduct several pedagogical trainings for MCSS teachers and principals. He is also expected to do some missionary work along with MCSS brand ambassador, Madam Palleh Oritha Wreh-Toe, who lives in the United States of America.
